On June 9, 2018, Matilda Smolij had her first solo recital.  She surprised the audience with her a beautiful mezzo-soprano voice and wonderfully planned program.   Along with Antonio Sanz (piano) and Max Macias (tenor), young performers filled St. Paul’s United Methodist Church with a wonderful music.

Matilda is in High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and this summer she will study in Italy through the “Oberlin in Italy Program”.
