Texas Polonia was well represented last Sunday during NYC 2018 Marathon.  Maciej M. Gajda (left) and his friend Donald Wareing III finished the 26.2188 mile run within just over 4 hours. Both boys participated in the event for the very first time.  They represented the team “Chefs for Hunger.” The team was organized by Chef Daniel Humm, owner of the NYC Eleven Madison Park restaurant.
