Polish documentary “By Stanley, For Stanley” will be presented on the
ReelAbilities Houston Film Festival on February 19, 2019 at 7PM.

Film ten zostanie pokazany we wtorek, 19 lutego, o godz. 19:00 (7:00 PM), razem  z ‘The Milky Pop Kid’, w Edwards Greenway Theater 12 (wejście na II piętrze, windą na IV piętro), przy 3839 Weslayan St.

A powerful film about the power of friendship and the joy of life. Two main characters, besides being in a different age, are both disabled. Staś is a little child and Stanisław is a mature man. Stanisław is an artist, whose passion and profession is painting. The man patiently explains to the young child what is important in life and how to cope with the simplest daily activities, which may be troublesome for the young child. He also teaches him how to be strong and despite all odds how to enjoy life and take from it as much as possible. Every day the two men prove the world that if someone is determined, he can achieve his life goals despite the disability.
