Video Artist Raymond Hylenski celebrates his Polish heritage with Gallerist Anya Tish by holding up the Polish flag. The flag was displayed at Hylenski¹s residence in Spring Shadows on August 31st in celebration of his birthday. Ray said, "It was my way of showing support for the Polish troops in Iraq." The prior evening, the Anya Tish Gallery held a special, one night only exhibition in honor of Hylenski’s birthday. The exhibition featured a few of his favorite Polish and local artists, including Piotr Woroniec, Halina Tymusz, Jerzy Jedrysiak, Karol Gasienica – Szostak, Orna Feinstein, Hillevi Baar, Dixie Friend Gay, Elena Lopez Poirot, Steve Murphy and Lee Littlefield.
