| Marcus Leuchter, honoree Amicus Poloniae Award January 8, 2004 The Award has been granted to Dr. Leuchter by the Ambassador of Poland to the USA Mr. Przemyslaw Grudzinski. This award recognizes the meritorious actions taken by Marcus to save the lives of several hundred fellow Polish prisoners in Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and for his efforts to promote Polish-Jewish dialogue. |
