September 23 – October 29, 2004 “Second Language”: Works by Contemporary Polish – American Artists. Williams Tower Gallery Exhibition curated by Sally Sprout, and coordinated by Anya Tish. Featured artists: Anna Bialobroda, Kinga Czerska, Daniel Gorski, Ewa Harabasz, Janusz Kapusta, Andrzej Kenda, Malgorzata Koscielak, Jerzy Kubina, Roman Kujawa.   Also on view works by Warsaw–based artist, Mikolaj Kasprzyk.    Rafal Olbinski,  prominent painter, illustrator and designer, created a poster commemorating 150th Anniversary of the First Polish Settlement in America.  The poster has been officially unveiled to the public on Thursday, 9/30/04, during the opening reception.  Mr. Olbinski was present at the reception and shared with the audience the story of his artistic life, and presented a wonderful show of his art work.  His amazing creations kept the audience so interested, that nobody wanted to leave when the doors of the Williams Tower were closing. www.poster.com.pl/olbinski.htm
