Rocks and rubber bullets took over
streets of Holy City
The mob, blinded by hatred - is rallying
Bombes are exploding in Yehuda Market
and innocent people are dying.

On Golgotha's Hill - love dying on cross
many mortally wounded in the hail of stones.
Hundreds of "Intifada" children - shot dead!
and little dove of peace - just gone!

City of King David and Christ's resurrection
and Golden Dome of Rock - so admired,
is sinking in gore of blood, hatred and destruction!
This Holy City is on fire!

Oh, Lord!  Change hearts of all your people
Change rocks and bullets into love and peace
'am humbly , to-day begging - Thee!
And on the Mount of Olives - ridden by bullets, by stones
Please save the last - half-broken ancient olive tree!!
