There are two ways to contribute to o. Jan Koczy foundation and work in Ecuador:

If you wish to receive the tax deduction certificate, please send checks payable to Werbisci to the following address:

In the memo space please state clearly: o. JAN KOCZY / foundation
(if you wish the funds to be for his personal needs, then instead of "foundation" write "personal needs").  Please also attach a short letter stating to which name and address you want the tax deduction document to be issue to.  O. Dariusz Garbaciak, the General Economist of the order, will be personally in charge of o. Jan savings account. He will forward the money to o. Jan Koczy's account in Ecuador either when a considerable amount is collected or upon request of o. Jan.
