(...) it was another amazing weekend! i cannot
tell those of you who have never experienced it how spirited, amazing, fun,
friendly, and meaningful this adventure is. All the bikers (13,000 of them!)
are in good spirits, helping each other out, and enjoying the ride. Thousands
of volunteers do everything from keeping the streets clean, stopping traffic,
serving food, cleaning toilets, helping you fix your bike, singing and cheering
along the way...
(...) And last, but not least... the whole time you are reminded what you are
riding for. At the end of the ride, people with MS in various stages of the
disease sign you diplomas and thank you for trying to help them. WOW... what a
weekend! |
