April 8, 2005, Friday John Paul II Funeral Several Polish flags marked the presence of the Polonia joining the students of the University of St. Thomas in their 2 mile procession from Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral to the university in honor of the Pope.  Over 2 thousand people, mostly students, in white shirts with candles in their hands left at midnight in quiet procession which ended at St. Thomas University, where 2 big screens were already set to show the our Pope's funeral.
